Patrick Suescun
Patrick SuescunChief Executive Officer – INNOV’IA

A chemical engineering graduate from ENSIACET (Toulouse, 1986), Patrick Suescun brings nearly forty years of industrial experience in highly technical and regulated environments. CEO of INNOV’IA since 2023, he has built most of his career in manufacturing and industrial site management, including two upper-tier Seveso facilities.

Throughout his career, he has worked in industries where risk management—covering safety, environmental protection and product quality—is critical, including petrochemicals, specialty polymers, food additives, nuclear energy, pharmaceuticals and food processing. He has held senior leadership positions within international groups such as Arkema, Areva and Adisseo, before joining more agile industrial organizations including Curium and Axplora.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he places continuous improvement and sustainable industrial performance at the heart of his management approach. Proud of his Basque roots, a lifelong rugby player, husband and father of four, he advocates a leadership style based on teamwork, humility and a passion for challenges.

Tiphaine Hareng
Tiphaine HarengGroup Human Resources Director – INNOV’IA and Subsidiaries

Since 2018, Tiphaine Hareng has led the development and structuring of the Group’s Human Resources function. During a period of strong growth, with the workforce expanding from 130 to nearly 400 employees, she established the company’s HR framework, supported strategic recruitment initiatives and contributed to the overall structuring of the Group.

Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical and Pathological Psychology, she began her career as a clinical psychologist before progressively moving into Human Resources. She developed her expertise at the Departmental Union of Family Associations (UDAF) and later at Stenico in La Rochelle, where she also created the HR function and supported several organizational transformation projects.

A member of the Executive Committee, she currently leads workforce and skills planning initiatives to anticipate future competencies and support the Group’s growth ambitions through 2030. Based in La Rochelle and passionate about rugby, she places collective commitment and management quality at the center of her work.

Laurence Jonquet
Laurence JonquetChief Financial Officer

Laurence Jonquet has been supporting the financial structuring of the Group since 2023. A graduate of ISG Paris, following studies in management in Nantes and international programs in the United States (Berkeley) and Japan, she began her career at KPMG, where she spent ten years in auditing and accounting advisory services.

She subsequently joined an international cooperage group headquartered in Cognac before moving to Descours & Cabaud, where she held multi-site financial leadership positions. There, she developed recognized expertise in performance management, internal control and compliance.

At INNOV’IA, she oversees the structuring of financial and budgeting processes, strengthens internal control systems and supports the Group’s growth within a secure financial framework. She also serves as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements. Originally from Vendée, now based in Cognac, married and mother of three, she has practiced horseback riding since childhood.

Lydie Roussel
Lydie RousselQHSE Director

A trained microbiologist with a postgraduate Master’s degree, Lydie Roussel has developed over thirty years of expertise in industrial risk management and regulatory compliance.

She began her career at Sanofi, initially focusing on environmental issues before taking on broader HSE and regulatory responsibilities, including ISO 14000 certification programs. She later joined Solvay, where she spent nearly eight years in engineering and management roles related to quality and industrial safety.

Her experience spans highly demanding industrial sectors, including pharmaceuticals, defense and petrochemical logistics, working with organizations such as Sanofi and Thales, as well as operators involved in the storage and handling of petroleum and chemical products.

Today, she contributes to the development and deployment of INNOV’IA Group’s QHSE strategy in a context of industrial expansion and increasing regulatory requirements. Originally from the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region, she enjoys Nordic walking and painting.

Ludwig Heraibi
Ludwig HeraibiCommercial and Marketing Director

With more than fifteen years of experience in the food and ingredients industries, Ludwig Heraibi leads the Group’s commercial and marketing development activities.

His career has taken him through both international industrial groups and mid-sized companies, in France and abroad. He has developed demanding markets and supported complex industrial projects, particularly across Africa and Asia.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong growth culture, he places food safety, customer focus and deep market understanding at the core of his approach. At INNOV’IA, he helps strengthen the connection between technological innovation, industrial expertise and the evolving needs of the food industry, supporting customers in the design and production of high-value functional ingredients.

Passionate about gastronomy and pastry-making, he finds in these disciplines the same pursuit of precision, balance and creativity that guides his commercial strategy.

David Debert
David DebertGroup Operations Director – INNOV’IA and Subsidiaries

A general engineering graduate from IPC (Pas-de-Calais, 2003), David Debert completed an MBA at Sorbonne University in 2022. For more than twenty years, he has built his career around manufacturing, operational performance and industrial site management.

He began at Michelin as Workshop Manager and later Production Manager before joining plastics manufacturer Vavin, where he further developed his expertise in industrial operations. He subsequently moved into the pharmaceutical sector with Cyclopharma, serving as Industrial Director and overseeing several facilities specialized in the production of injectable products for medical diagnostics.

His career later included interim management assignments with Assa Abloy, leadership of an automotive manufacturing site for a Tier 1 supplier, and operational responsibilities within Axéréal’s animal nutrition division.

Today, he oversees all industrial operations across the INNOV’IA Group, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and operational excellence. An endurance cycling enthusiast, he regularly participates in long-distance cycling events.

Reynald Bonnard
Reynald BonnardGroup Research & Innovation Director – INNOV’IA / Managing Director of Capsulae

An engineer by training, Reynald Bonnard has spent more than thirty years at the intersection of industrial engineering, technological innovation and operational performance.

He began his career within the Veolia Group, contributing to the development of equipment and technologies dedicated to water and air treatment. He later joined Suez, where he spent nearly twenty-five years leading operational excellence projects on complex drinking water production infrastructures.

His international experience has taken him from Australia to Indonesia and from the United Kingdom to Chile, helping improve industrial performance and supporting teams facing critical technical challenges.

Based in La Rochelle, he now leads Research and Innovation activities across the INNOV’IA Group while also managing Capsulae, the Group’s platform dedicated to encapsulation technologies.

Passionate about permaculture and ultra-distance cycling, he applies the same spirit of endurance and curiosity in his personal life as he does in his approach to industrial innovation.
