  • Employees increased in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest paid: 5/10

For the subsidiary INODRY, the gender equality index 2021 is not calculable. Indeed, the valid workforce of the indicator 1 on the salary gap represent less then 40% of the total workforce.
