INNOV’IA and its subsidiaries Capsulae, Inodry, Innocaps and Innov’ia 3i, announce the launch of two new production units based on fluidized bed processes, on the INODRY site in Colombelles (14), near Caen – France.

On the food and feed markets, INNOV’IA is responding to increased demands from its customers and partners: coating and microencapsulation by fluidized bed processes are indeed key technologies for FOOD and FEED ingredients.

These 2 new production lines using fluidized bed processes supplement the 10 existing production lines and will increase production capacity by an additional 2,000 tons per year.

On the human side, 30 new talents have joined the team of Innov’ia and its subsidiaries, counting 350 staff members. Together, their mission is to meet customers and partners’ demands while ensuring compliance with the company’s safety and quality requirements (ISO 22000 certification).

In addition to its development on  fluidized bed technologies, Innov’ia and its subsidiaries are also accelerating their tailor-made shaping offer based on spray drying technologies: In the first quarter of 2023, a new production site will open its doors in Segre-en-Anjou-Bleu (49), near Angers.

The extension of our production site INODRY in Caen, as well as the construction of our production site Innov’ia in Segre-en-Anjou-Bleu have benefited from the measures of the France Relance plan.
