OUR PURCHASING POLICY
The Purchasing Policy of INNOV’IA and subsidiaries reflects the general policy of the company.
It is structured around three major axes essential to the proper control of the purchasing and supply functions.

1: OPTIMIZING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF PURCHASING
The economic efficiency of the Purchasing Department, oriented towards expertises and support to INNOV’IA and subsidiaries, has been in place since 2003.
It contributes to optimising purchasing levers (compliance with the purchasing process, definition of needs, group synergy, use of procedures in relation to the purchasing strategies chosen, supplier partnership, innovation, continuous improvement, etc.), to integrate the economic performances of the purchase into the budget construction and to evaluate this performance.
2: RESPECT THE ETHICAL RULES OF SUPPLIER RELATIONS
The Purchasing Policy of INNOV’IA and subsidiaries is based on ethical rules, essential foundations of our relations with our suppliers, service providers and subcontractors.
All prescribers undertake to act in the interest of the company they represent, without any personal interest.
All prescribers undertake that no supplier rules or constraints incompatible with strict compliance with regulations (civil code, labour law, tax rules, environmental rules, etc.) will be imposed on our suppliers, service providers and subcontractors.
3: DEVELOPING AN INNOVATIVE AND RESPONSIBLE PURCHASE
For INNOV’IA and subsidiaries, taking sustainable development into account is a matter of course in the Company’s purchasing management. INNOV’IA and subsidiaries share with its suppliers, service providers and subcontractors ethical rules as well as societal and environmental practices. A regular evaluation of suppliers, according to contractualised indicators, makes it possible to ensure the level of quality of the services and to continuously improve the expected level of performance. Our purchasing strategies facilitate market access to the local economic fabric and to new suppliers, service providers and subcontractors.
INNOV’IA and subsidiaries systematically seek the possibility of integrating a sustainable and social dimension into its purchases, for example, by reasoning in overall cost or by controlling the recycling of waste.
