Les diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de stabilisation des \u00e9mulsions<\/h2>\n<p>La stabilisation des gouttelettes est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e via diverses techniques, chacune adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 des applications sp\u00e9cifiques :<\/p>\n<h3>a. Coacervation<\/h3>\n<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 diminue la solubilit\u00e9 d\u2019un polym\u00e8re pour cr\u00e9er des microparticules en deux phases : l&rsquo;une riche en polym\u00e8re (coacervat) et l&rsquo;autre pauvre.
